What Delivery Services Do You Provide Within The UK?

• We provide free 1st class standard delivery with Royal Mail, Item order before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

• We also provide next day delivery with DPD which is £6.95 per order, Item order before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

I Live Outside Of The UK. What Are The Shipping Charges And How Will My Order Be Sent?

• For Non-UK Residents shipping will be charged at a flat rate of £10 per order. All orders will be despatched via Royal Mail, this usually takes 4-6 working days but on rare occasions may take longer. This service carries a tracking number that can be emailed to you upon request.

How Does The Freshcig Electronic Cigarette Work?

• Simply by screwing together the battery and cartomiser then start to inhale on the Freshcig electronic cigarette, the airflow is detected by a sensor that activates a heating element which vaporisers a nicotine solution stored in the mouthpiece. The vaporiser (atomiser) then releases simulated "smoke". The Freshcig battery and cartomiser (the filter tip combining the nicotine cartridge and atomiser) work together to produce vapour when you inhale.

How Long Does The Cartomiser Last And When Will It Need Replacing?

• Typically cartomisers last between 350 to 400 puffs depending on how frequently the product is used. If you are a heavy smoker the you can expect to receive less puffs per cartomiser than a lighter smoker. Our research has shown that the average cigarette is around 10 puffs therefore each cartomiser supplied by Freshcig is the equivalent to 30 to 40 cigarettes.

How Do I Know When The Battery Needs Recharging And How Long Does It Take To Recharge?

• The LED on the end of your Freshcig battery will blink 10 times when it needs to be recharged. Typically the battery takes between two & three hours to fully recharge via the USB adapter or the USB mains plug. (Do not charge your battery for longer than 4 ½ hours)

How Long Can I Expect The Battery To Last Between Charges?

• Freshcig batteries last around 8-12 hours depend on how much you use your Freshcig.

How Many Times Can I Recharge The Battery Before I Need A New One?

• As with all lithium batteries, the Freshcig batteries do need replacing from time to time. The Freshcig battery should last for up to 200 charges before it needs to be replaced.

What Ingredients Go Into A Cartomiser?

• The Freshcig cartridges contain nicotine, propylene glycol or vegetable glycerine and food flavourings. These cartomisers come in various flavours and nicotine contents to satisfy the needs of a variety of users. Propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine are both harmless and are used to produce the vapour.

Why Is The Tip Of My Cigarette Blinking Red?

• The battery needs to be recharged.

• You are you smoking the device to rapidly (if this occurs slow down on how quickly you inhale).

Why Does The Cartomiser Get Hot?

• This is due to over activity of the heating element in the cartomiser. This can be caused by smoking (puffing) to frequently during a given time period. Its nothing to worry about but slow down the rate at which you smoke it.
