How does an Electronic Cigarette work? 

When a draw is taken on the electronic cigarette the flow of air is picked up by a sensor that activates a microprocessor which triggers a heating element within the e cig device. This heating element vaporises the nicotine solution that is contained within the mouth piece (cartridge). The electronic cigarette then releases the simulated "smoke" or vapour from the electric cigarette mimicking a traditional cigarette almost exactly.
